Robert Ritchie (American 1959-2011) Untitled. Assembled and painted found objects on tricycle.Well known in Cleveland for his personality as well as his art Robert "Dickhead" Ritchie was a fixture on the Cleveland art scene until his death in October. He preferred to create "assemblages" out of material he scrounged and collected around town. Ritchie created a series of decorated bicycles that he covered in pieces of glass. He dealt with much adversity in his life but through his art also captured much of the joy.
